ABOUT MULLANE’S HOTEL
Mullane’s Hotel is set to be the epicentre for quality dining in The Hills. Featuring a stylish café, boutique public bar with an alfresco area, and a VIP lounge on the ground floor. On level one, you’ll find Sarino’s, an upmarket Italian restaurant and bar, featuring private dining rooms and a cocktail bar, with Sophia’s cocktail lounge spanning the whole top floor of level two. Sarino’s Restaurant and Bar is a 120-seat restaurant and luxe bar offering an upmarket dining experience featuring a rustic, modern Italian menu paired with a specially curated beverage list.
Sarino’s menu celebrate’s the family’s heritage, showcasing the flavours and influences of Italian cuisine using modern cooking techniques to create traditional favourites in surprising ways.
Momento is working with some of Australia’s best hospitality professionals and using its own hospitality experience to develop the venue design, restaurant, menus, drink and wine lists to ensure Mullane’s delivers an unrivalled social and culinary experience to the Hills District, with the hope to earn a coveted ‘Chefs Hat’ for Sarino’s – only the second for the area and first on this scale.
